Hello Ladies!  
Can you believe March is almost here already??  That means Spring is just around the
corner, and soon we will be wearing less clothes!  Be sure you are focused on a
consistent weight training program where you are targeting the major muscle
groups 3-4 times a week to help you not only get more toned, but as well assist
in your overall calorie expenditure and weight loss goals.  Any of our BodyWorks
classes offer a great weight training environment for you if you enjoy group
exercise classes.  Also, check out any of the “interval” based class too.  In
these classes you will not only get a great cardio workout, but as well, you
will be able to focus on muscle conditioning as the Instructor will build in
resistance intervals into the class to give you an awesome “all over” body
workout!
 
Be on the lookout for our next “Body Challenge” program coming in April to the
Southside location.  This supplemental program is open to all members (and
non-members too).  This four week program will provide to everyone who joins the
“easy way” to manage your eating tactics and workout routine.   This is a
group-based program where those that sign-up will be able to participate in
weekly (fun) meetings to learn about and share nutritional information, and as
well, the program provides “extra” workouts outside of the normal Group Exercise
schedule.  Be sure to watch for special emails and in club signage about when
sign-ups will take place!  Let’s have a great March!
