Strive Smart Strength delivers the most effective and efficient workouts available. In less than 2 minutes per machine, you will be able to train each body part using Strive's 1-2-3 routine. By going through the full circuit, you can achieve an incredible total body workout in only 20-30 minutes. This will enable you to get the most out of your time spent in the gym. No matter what your fitness level is, you will be able to optimize your workouts with Strive Smart Strength.
Smart Strength Defined

In a little less than 30 minutes, you can achieve better results in less time. Sound too good to be true? Well let me explain to you how it works and how you can use it to achieve your goals.
It is important to understand one of the essential truths about strength training. Variety IS the spice of life. I realize that this cliché might be old school but it still relates to strength training today. When strength training, even at an appropriate intensity, your workouts will periodically need to change in order for you to see continued results. Some fitness professionals say each workout needs to be different while others suggest changing your routine every few months. Either way they are all preaching the same thing - variety. Exercise variety provides the body with constant stress. The body attempts to account for this stress, for example by building muscle or burning fat for energy. It is this response to exercise that causes changes in how we look and feel. Without variety, you body becomes accustomed to exercise and you stop seeing results. Only exercise variety will bring about new changes in your body.
Strive Smart Strength is grounded on this concept of variety. In Strive's 1-2-3 routine, there are three sets. Each set feels completely different. On all other strength equipment, no matter how much weight you use, each set will feel exactly the same. What do I mean by each set feeling different? First, Set 1 should feel like most other machines as the machine is set up to stress the belly, or middle of the muscle by overloading the middle of the exercise motion. Second, changing the cam to Set 2, the exercise load occurs at the end of the motion. Put another way, the exercise starts easy and gets heavier as you finish the repetition. Third, adjust the cam to Set 3 and it feels heavier at the beginning of the repetition and then gets easier. Now this might sound overwhelming but its really not. All you really have to do is pick an appropriate weight, complete each set, and change the cam to the next position. That's it. The machine does the rest for you. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
