We have so much going on in March that I get excited just thinking about it! Did you get your postcard in the mail yet? By now you should have your coupons to Enter to Win! If you have not please contact us at the club and we can give you one & we need to make sure we have your correct address. Sunday, March 21st is Party Day from 12-4. Please check out the Special Group Exercise Schedule. You can spend the day with us working out & getting fit and winning prizes every hour. Don’t miss the $1000.00 giveaway at 3:45 pm at both clubs, must be present to win. See club for more details! Remember to make a fitness appointment to keep your fitness goals in sight. Even if you don’t want to change your workout please consider changing your workout! Sometimes when you get out of your comfort zone you get better results!

About Pro Dance: This hour-long class is a dancer’s dream workout! We incorporate stretching, dance technique, fun pro-style combinations, and fitness! This is a great class to get back into your groove or prepare for upcoming high school, college and pro auditions.
Recommended Attire: Soft sole dance or athletic shoes, comfortable attire, and a SMILE!

Hello Ladies!  
Can you believe March is almost here already??  That means Spring is just around the
corner, and soon we will be wearing less clothes!  Be sure you are focused on a
consistent weight training program where you are targeting the major muscle
groups 3-4 times a week to help you not only get more toned, but as well assist
in your overall calorie expenditure and weight loss goals.  Any of our BodyWorks
classes offer a great weight training environment for you if you enjoy group
exercise classes.  Also, check out any of the “interval” based class too.  In
these classes you will not only get a great cardio workout, but as well, you
will be able to focus on muscle conditioning as the Instructor will build in
resistance intervals into the class to give you an awesome “all over” body
workout!
 
Be on the lookout for our next “Body Challenge” program coming in April to the
Southside location.  This supplemental program is open to all members (and
non-members too).  This four week program will provide to everyone who joins the
“easy way” to manage your eating tactics and workout routine.   This is a
group-based program where those that sign-up will be able to participate in
weekly (fun) meetings to learn about and share nutritional information, and as
well, the program provides “extra” workouts outside of the normal Group Exercise
schedule.  Be sure to watch for special emails and in club signage about when
sign-ups will take place!  Let’s have a great March!

We are ready for you to come in and workout with us today! Time to make up some missed workouts. Southside is rockin’ with Karla @5:45 Adv Step, Core w/Karla @6:30, 6:15 Strive Workout & 7pm Mix it up with Penny. Westend will have fun @4:30 Bodyworks w/Wendy 5:30 Strive Workout with the “Famous Scott”. Let’s give Ruth some help and join her in all 3 classes tonight, 5:45 Member’s Choice Step, 6:30 GlideCore & On the Ball, that Ruth sure is a tough one! I challenge you to all 3!?
