VICTORY  LADY BODY CHALLENGE 2010 is about to begin!!
 
Are you ready to get ready for Summer??  Well Victory Lady is ready to help you get ready and it’s time to bring our 5 week fitness support program back to the Southside location!  Last year over 80 determined Southside members signed up for our very first “Body Challenge” fitness program and it was an incredible success!  We are excited to offer this program again for anyone new (current member or not) and of course invite any member from last year’s program back to participate in this year’s program in order to extend their nutritional and health knowledge and improve their overall fitness.
 
This year’s Southside program will run from Monday, March 29th through Saturday, May 1st.  This group-based program not only provides special workouts, group fitness trainings, and weekly support meetings for all who enroll, but as well provides basic nutritional guidance geared to teach participants on how to make the right eating choices long after the program ends.
 
Sign up at the front desk to attend one of the upcoming informational meetings to learn more about the program and how to enroll.  The cost of this 5 week program is only $40.00 for members & $50.00 for non-members, so come on….sign up to take the “Victory Lady Body Challenge” and see how easy it is for you to take more control of your overall fitness level and redesign a new YOU!
