TRX Workouts have been a great hit @Victory Lady Fitness Centers!  Members are excited about the new Total Body Resistance Exercise workout.  Members have expressed that doing the TRX Workout once or twice a week have help them stay excited about their fitness program.  When you are excited about a new workout you will do it, when you do it you get fit faster!
