Victory Lady 10K Training Group!

Hey 10Kers!!  Don’t forget we changed up the calender this week and as per your votes we are taking the weekend off running and just going with today’s Boot camp!  Good Luck to all who are running in the dog jog this weekend and the Shamrock event in VA BEACH!!!

Next weekend we will have the final team run at WESTCREEK off 288 at 8am!  The coaches and I would also like to invite you all to a small party Saturday after our run so bring a change of clothes (details will come via email soon)!  If they day is nice we will have a picnic out at Westcreek if not we will move it indoors (location TBA).  This will be an important party b/c I will detail what you will need to know for race day so please try to make it!
